In order to qualify for Efficiency Works ​rebates you must:

1. Be a residential electric customer of Estes Park Power and Communications, Fort Collins Utilities, Longmont Power & Communications or Loveland Water and Power.
2. Occupy a single-family detached home or an attached townhouse that is more than one year old.- New construction, multifamily and mobile homes are not eligible for this program. - Multifamily homes meeting eligibility requirements can participate in the Efficiency Works Business multifamily program.
3. Complete a home efficiency assessment prior to making improvements that qualify for rebates.
   
4. Work must be completed by an Efficiency Works service provider. Self installed/”Do-it-yourself” improvements do not qualify for rebates.

Efficiency Works offers rebates for the following items:

• Air sealing (rebate amount varies with % reduction in house shell leakage)
• Attic insulation
• Attic knee wall insulation
• Crawl space rim joist insulation
• Crawl space foundation wall insulation
• Basement rim joist insulation
• Basement foundation wall insulation
• Cantilevered floor insulation
• Floor over garage insulation
• Exterior wall insulation
